Jamie Brubaker is a general contractor and real estate developer in Hummelstown, Pa., a quaint bedroom community located about 11 miles from Pennsylvania’s capital city of Harrisburg

Many of Verde’s potential tenants are young medical professionals who have come from all over the world to work at the Hershey Medical Center.
