As an avid traveler myself, I was eager to speak with Leo Zheng, owner of Top Star International in Flushing, N.Y., about his business, how he got his start and how Verizon’s small business services help him run his agency.

Zheng’s company is located in the heart of a diverse neighborhood, and he is proud to serve his customers in both Chinese and English. He added that, while he advertises his business in local papers, he gets most of his customers by referrals.
During my visit, Top Star International’s phones were ringing off the hook, and Zheng’s team was constantly online to check the latest packages and prices. It was clear that reliable voice service and a fast Internet connection from Verizon were crucial in helping Zheng operate his business.
