MAYS LANDING, NJ — Verizon Wireless has named Jim Rossi store manager for the company's new retail location in the Hamilton Mall. In his new position, Rossi will be responsible for new sales, employee training, customer service, billing and inventory.
"Jim has a vast knowledge of Verizon Wireless retail sales," said Eric Krug, district manager. "His proven success as a sales representative and his record providing outstanding customer service will allow him to lead the Hamilton Mall store."
Rossi began his wireless telecommunications career in 1995 as lead sales representative at Verizon Wireless' Woodhaven, Pa. Communications Store. He has also worked as lead sales representative at the company's Atlantic City store and assistant manager in the Deptford Mall location. Rossi is a member of the Gold Club, an honor reserved for Verizon Wireless employees who achieve the top percentage of sales in the region.
