Verizon Communications to Report Earnings and Host Investor Breakfast Meeting on October 28

NEW YORK, NY — Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) will host an investor breakfast meeting here on Thursday, Oct. 28. The event will be held in the Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center (132 W. 65th St.) and will be Web cast live beginning at 8:30 a.m. EDT with a presentation about third-quarter earnings.

Chairman and CEO Ivan Seidenberg and other executives will review Verizon's results to date. Presentations are expected to conclude at approximately 11 a.m. The Web cast will be accessible at www.verizon.com/investor, where conference slides and handouts will be posted. Verizon's earnings release, financial statements and related presentation slides will be posted at approximately 6:30 a.m. Other slides will be posted simultaneous with the appropriate presentation.
