Already, Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE network is available in 143 cities across the country, with 12 devices for consumers to choose from, including the new Pantech Breakout™ and DROID BIONIC™ by Motorola. With the new market launch, residents in Birmingham with 4G LTE devices will be able to take advantage of the power of the 4G LTE network with speeds up to 10 times faster than the company’s 3G network. The footprint will also extend out I-65 North to Cullman, I-59 North to Springville, I-20 East to Moody, Highway 280 East to Harpersville, I-65 South to Calera, I-59 West to Bessemer and Highway 78 West to Jasper.
