At Verizon, we believe our customers should be able to get the phone they want when they want it. That’s why we’ve introduced the annual upgrade program for iPhone.
For customers with monthly device payments, this program allows you to turn in your phone and upgrade to a new iPhone every year. No more waiting for your contract to end. It’s kind of like having a new iPhone for life.
How does the annual upgrade program for iPhone work?
All you need to do is:
- Purchase and activate an eligible iPhone on a Verizon Wireless device payment agreement. (For a list of eligible iPhones, see the program’s FAQs.)
- Use the eligible iPhone with Verizon Wireless service for at least 30 days.
- Pay at least 50 percent of the device’s retail price. For customers with 24 monthly device payments, this works out to one year’s worth of payments.
- Satisfy the basic terms and conditions of the program.
That’s it. Once you buy your new iPhone, you’ll need to return the old iPhone in good working condition within 14 days. You can read the complete rules in our FAQs.
