The screen and keyboard work very well and are not complicated. The voice texting is a great feature. It’s great for people who don’t want an iPhone .

Can you delete the video app? If you click it you can get into YouTube and they can search from there. I don’t want my child to have access to that yet.

Yes, to disable the video app on a TCL FLIP 3, navigate to the Menu on your Home screen, select the Settings app, then find the Apps section. Select the video app, and then choose the Disable or Uninstall option to remove or turn it off. ~Ivone

*Is this available with a current Tracfone plan? *What apps are on this phone? I got the Flip 3 without realizing this phone was available and would much prefer fewer apps (distractions).
