Wipe the ring with a soft cloth or rinse it using a soap-free detergent. Make sure to dry it thoroughly. > Prevent the ring from being exposed to dust, sweat, ink, oil, and chemical products such as cosmetics, antibacterial sprays, hand cleaners, detergents, and insecticides. The ring’s exterior and interior may become damaged, which may result in poor performance. Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Love that I can track all my Samsung Health stats from a ring. Sometimes I just don't want to wear my watch, like when I'm sleeping or working out so it's so nice to have just a ring on your finger that you hardly know is there. For me, it's been a game changer. The battery lasts at least a week so that's a huge bonus not having to charge it daily. It's important to note that it's so important to try on the ring sizers before buying. The do not correspond to regular ring sizes that closely.

Great for counting step, awful for sleep tracking and heart rate. The result is an insanely expensive step counter.
Sleep data always has an hour two gap with NO DATA at all, and this gap means your sleep times totals are inaccurate, which also affects your sleep and energy scores. Then, the sad yellow bouncy piece of toast appears to shame you for something that the ring and watch failed to do. I'm moving on to another brand of ring and watch. Samsung should be ashamed to even offer these devices at all.

Good start to track sleep and other work outs, but it doesn't seem to track when your phone is not with you when you walk or run. This would have been useful if it can track your locoation and steps without your phone andnjust syncs when its within range again. Other than that, it just basically duplicates what your watch already does
