I bought this ring 1 week ago and I'm not really impressed. I use it primarily for steps and sleep. The steps seem accurate, however the sleep app underperforms, compared to the ringconn I own. I bought the Samsung ring because I have the phone and watch, thinking it would gather more info on my sleep habits. The ringconn is better hands on with results that allow you to be interactive and dial down to specific times during the night with regard to heart rate, HRV, and O2 levels as well as stress. Hoping for an upgrade.

The silver one looks super cheap like you got it out of a Crack jack box. Not only does it looks cheap the health stats are way off compared to 2 other health trackers the fitbit charge 6 and garmin s70 watch. Heart rate is incredibly lower, sleep time is off, and steps are almost half of the ring is reporting. Other rings on the market look alot better then this thing can't speak to performance.

I was very happy and excited about this ring. Not anymore. Metrics are good, but it doesn't matter if its dead. The ring does not hold a charge. I have to charge this thing everyday or its caput. Dissapointed to say the least.

I’ve had my ring since March 15th and the battery won’t last longer than 4 hours. Ultrahuman support says they’re gonna replace my ring but then a different person joins the chat and says I need to do a new soft reset or factory reset then they will. No phone number to call and I can’t return to Verizon. This ring is a literal scam. Buy the Oura ring!
