Not sure exactly how long I've owned the ring, but now it has a 1 day battery charge which is horrible. Avoid this ring.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I have had the Samsung Galaxy Ring for about a month. The battery life is about 6-7 days depending on how actinmve I am. The sleeping coach has been very helpful on getting my sleep on a good path. The ring itself doesn't do any functions other than tracking heart rate, steps, and stress. I wish it vibrated for a silent alarm so I wouldn't have to wear a watch to bed too.

I have always had a Samsung watch; which I still do but adding the ring really helps verify my health information with the ring. The ring measuring my heart rate and O2 seems way more on point than the watch. The ring is not bulky and with the size I got I can wear it on multiple fingers. Its battery life is absolutely AMAZING! The charge is quick! You can even charge the case and not have to worry about bringing an extra charging cable if going on an extended vacation. Not to mention its small and compact so easy to just toss in your bag and go. I really like the benefits of the ring and think everyone else will too!

The biggest issue I have with the ring is inconsistent connection to my 24 Ultra, need to close and reopen the app on a daily basis. It also lost track of nap time, as I usually take a nap in the afternoon, but half of those were not detected by the ring.

iPhone 16 pro max is listed as compatible on product page but the FAQ answer from Melissa indicates it is NOT compatible. Can you confirm which is correct? I almost bought it based on product compatibility list but stopped after reading FAQs.
