This is my second CPO purchase from Verizon Wireless and so far no complaints. This IPhone 14 was purchase for my son 15th Birthday. He loves it definitely a steps up from Apple SE

The display has rounded corners. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 6.68 inches diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration; see apple.com/batteries for more information.
iPhone 14 Plus is splash, water, and dust resistant and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.

I order the phone for next day delivery, never received the phone. I spoke to 4 different customer service representatives and they just just tell me it was delayed at the wear house. The final person I spoke to they told me they found my package and it would be sent to me next day. The next day came and nothing not even updated delivery information and then I checked my emails and it said my order was cancelled which I did not do. I called them up and said the package was lost and never found at the wearhouse but I could order again the next day. It’s been 24 hours and it won’t let me order saying there is a pending order on my account when there is not, the order was cancelled from their end. I waited the 24 hours to order a new like I was advised and yet still can’t order because it keeps saying there is a pending order when there is not just a canceled ordered.

The phone never worked. Several phone calls to try to activate the phone, all escalated. No one could get it to work. Several scheduled calls to tech support that never happened. After two calls initiated by myself, and going into a Verizon store it was determined there was something wrong with the phone. It is being returned and a different model purchased.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I am very satisfied with this phone. All features work, no physical damage to housing. Battery life is good. Activation and set up were simple. The only small issue, was no charger was sent with phone only the charging cable. I would recommend Verizon to friends.
