Phone was ordered 3/20 and still do not have it! FedEx still does not have the phone to whip to me.

This was a great phone until it wasn't. The battery started slowly losing charge then boom it started draining fast like 4 hours off the charger and drop to 50%. I'm on my 4th replacement in 2 weeks for screen issues, bad battery, and power cycling. Well Verizon insisted that it was a software issue and demanded I factory reset the replacement to reinstall the os and was pretty rude about it the when that didn't work someone else replaced it again but not until after I lost everything! I'm so sick of Verizon but I'm stuck in there ridiculous 3 year contract.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I was surprised, although used, that the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra I bought for $699.99 did not come with the S-pen. Isn't that like selling a car with only 3 wheels?

Disappointed im not getting all my calls and text messages. Pen came with the phone was the wrong size and they didnt correct the issue.

How do you get the s pen to insert into the phone slot. It won’t go in & seems too large for the opening. Are there different sizes & perhaps they sent the wrong one for this phone?
