Wasn't the phone I ordered and was supposed to have been canceled. The phone's back cover wasn't even fully attached to the phone. They want a $50 restocking fee for something I didn't order.

Android auto is about 5 years behind Apple CarPlay, the curved screen is beautiful and so nice to the touch, the phone overheated and gave me an error when I tried to take videos. The 120hz display was amazing. The camera was amazing, I absolutely loved being able to change to font, battery life was awful, sound quality was really good

Battery dies quickly

This is a certified preowned but looks new. The problem is that the battery dies much quicker than my previous Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. This is my 4th day operating the phone and I'm hoping there is a way to remedy this.

I'm on my second S20 plus.I got the phone and started having issues right away trying to swipe open is a pain snd heating up while charging.My S6 was way better and didn't have that problem with an older phone.The screen will turn a white color most of the time trying to get in or to turn off your phone.Pros are the night mode for photos,edge lighting for messages,great while watching videos on youtube or movies and so on.This phone would be great if it didn't heat up and have the issue of getting in to your phone.I will say if an emergency were to happen good luck because it takes forever to open up the main page which can be bad for people with medical issues or if an accident were to occour.

Is the battery removable
