My Verizon Website - Update Account Managers
Here's how to add or remove Account Managers via the My Verizon website.
Account Managers are authorized to perform the same transactions as the Account Owner, except for the following:
- Add, change, or delete account PIN
- Add, change, or delete other Account Managers
- From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon as an Account Owner.
- From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:.
- SelectAssign account managers.
- From the Account managers section, selectEditthen do any of the following:
- Add a Manager:The maximum number of Account Managers allowed per account is 6. Refer to Assign a mobile Account Manager FAQs for info.
- From the Add Account Managers section, enter or select the appropriate info (e.g. name, mobile number, etc.) then clickAdd Manager.
- Review the Terms and Conditions then selectContinue.
- Delete a Manager:
- From the Current Account Managers section, selectRemovenext to the appropriate manager's info.
- Review the message then selectRemoveto confirm.
