Orbic JOURNEY PRO / JOURNEY PRO LITE - Turn Wi-Fi Calling On / Off

When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your JOURNEY PRO / JOURNEY PRO LITE.
  1. To use Wi-Fi Calling, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.
  2. From the main screen on your Orbic® JOURNEY PRO / JOURNEY PRO LITE, press the
    center button
     to select the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon.
    Utilize the 5-way navigation pad to highlight and the center button to select.

  3. Select
    Settings
    .
  4. From the Network & Connectivity tab, select
    Wi-Fi calling
    .
  5. Select
    Wi-Fi calling
     then select an option:
    • On
      If prompted, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, enter a valid E911 address then tap
      Save
      .
    • Off
  • To select your calling preference while traveling outside the Verizon wireless coverage area or internationally, navigate:
    Settings
    Network & Connectivity
    Wi-Fi Calling
     ensure Wi-Fi calling is turned on, select
    Roaming preference
    , select 'Wi-Fi' or 'Mobile' then power cycle the device off and back on.
