Verizon Cloud - Android - View Storage Meter / Upgrade Memory

Here's how to view or increase your Verizon Cloud storage space on your Android device.
Ensure the Verizon Cloud app on your Android™ device is up to date, as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  1. Open the
    Verizon Cloud app
    .
  2. Do any of the following:
    • View Cloud Storage or Change Storage Plan:
      1. Tap the
        Settings icon
         Settings icon.
      2. Tap
        Usage & Plans
        .
      3. View the storage meter.
      4. In the Available Plans section, tap the desired plan.
        Options vary based on current plan
      5. To confirm the plan option, tap
        CHANGE PLAN
        .
      6. Tap
        OK
        .
    • Delete Backed Up Items from Device Storage:
      1. Tap
        More
        .
      2. Tap
        Free Up Space
         then do one of the following:
        • To delete all the synced files, tap
          Free Up Space
          .
        • To select files individually:
          1. Tap
            Select Individual Files
            .
          2. Select desired files then tap
            Delete
            .
          3. From the 'You're freeing up XX GB of space' message, tap
            OK
            .
