Connected device tablet plan price increase FAQs

We're committed to bringing you the highest quality network. To continue improving our industry-leading mobile network and services you’ll see an increase on plan prices for each of these tablet lines on your account:

• Unlimited for myPlan and Mix & Match plans is increasing by $5.
• More Unlimited for myPlan and Mix & Match plans is increasing by $10.
• Unlimited for Mix & Match plans is increasing by $5.
• More Unlimited for Mix & Match plans is increasing by $10.

These changes will be effective no sooner than your 9/1/25 billing cycle.

Good to know: This price increase only applies if your account also has a smartphone line on an Unlimited mobile plan.

No. If you have an eligible mobile phone plan, you keep your discount. The discount will be applied to the increased plan price.

No. Only tablet lines on your account are affected by the price increase.

As of the first month of the price increase (starting 9/1/25), in your bill’s Plans section, you'll see your tablet plan charge increase for the upcoming month. That's because you pay for your monthly mobile service plan in advance.

You can keep your plan and no action is needed. The increases will go into effect no sooner than your 9/1/25 billing cycle

Each line on your account with Unlimited Plus, 5G Get More* or 5G Do More* can get a discount on one Unlimited or one More Unlimited for tablets plan**.

• Unlimited - $20 without discount, as low as $10/month with the discount. Plus taxes & fees.
• More Unlimited - $30 without discount, as low as $15/month with discount. Plus taxes & fees.

Good to know: When you have Unlimited Ultimate you can get the discount on 2 eligible connected device plans.*No longer available to add to your account.
**50 percent discount off eligible tablet or other connected device plans requires a smartphone line on Unlimited Plus, Unlimited Ultimate, Get More Unlimited or Do More Unlimited plan. Unlimited Ultimate gets a discount off 2 eligible connected device plans; all other qualifying plans get a discount off one. Discount applies to the highest priced eligible plan on account.
