Is email not working on your iPhone? When your email isn’t working, removing and re-adding the email account can fix the issue.
To remove an iPhone email account:
- Open Settings, then Mail > Accounts.
- Choose the email account to remove. Tap Delete Account (or Sign Out).
- Good to know: The email account is removed from your phone but your account isn’t canceled.
To re-add:
- Open Settings > Mail.
- Tap Account > Add Account.
- Choose the service and add your account details.
