When Joseph Ruscito sent me some photos of his work-from-home setup, I was impressed. When I talked to the Central Office Technician, I was even more so.

Joe came in on what was supposed to be a day off to support his team, pack up his gear and get it set up at home near Baltimore, MD.

He’s got the tools he needs to be both effective and efficient in supporting the outside plant and engineering teams who are serving our customers. He can respond to them in minutes, at all hours, when needed. And, he understands why the work we’re doing is so important.

“Everybody right now that’s quarantining themselves and going home and trying to stay home - connectivity and speed is going to be most important to them. Being able to talk to their family members. This crisis reaches every corner of society.”

Joe is another example of a V Teamer going above and beyond to make life easier for everyone else.
