Data is good for the engine.

As we all know, data is the backbone of everything we do at Verizon. That’s why we were very excited to catch up with Brian Danfield, SVP of Data and Analytics, to hear all the exciting details about One Verizon Data.

One Verizon Data is a newly launched D&A hub aimed at transforming our work on every level. This new system is accessible to all V Teamers, is Gen AI-enhanced and our go-to source for the truth.

As part of its epic launch, Verizon held its first ever Data and Analytics Summit, where 150 V Teamers across the business met up to align on its incredible superpowers and learn more about our mission to unite Verizon in unprecedented ways.

Making a world of difference

Speaking of data, check out these impressive Global Volunteer Month numbers: So far this month, 11K V Teamers have contributed 21K hours to meaningful events and causes on the Citizen Verizon Volunteers portal. A big shout-out to everyone involved!

Haven’t had a chance to put your hours in yet? No worries. There are still two weeks left to volunteer. If that’s not reason enough, how about this? V Teamers to dedicate between one and eight hours of their time will be entered to win a cool swag pack.

Want more ways to make an earth-shattering difference? Great! Here’s how you can stay involved on Earth Day, Monday April 22.

Join: Digital clean-up to reduce carbon emissions.
Earth Day Green Challenges: 5 trees will be planted for each challenge that you accept.

Big win! LinkedIn hooks us up.

Verizon has been named one of LinkedIn’s Top Companies of 2024. We landed in the top 10 (number 8, to be exact) among many other amazing companies who prioritize and enhance the employee experience. And, fun fact: our awesome ‘Up To Speed’ show was a pretty big contributor to this win.

A big congrats to our amazing V Team for this amazing achievement.

An enchanting Disney Deal

Wish you could save up to $115 annually on Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+? Wish granted. Starting April 18, new and existing Verizon MyPlan customers can unlock big savings when they switch to select Unlimited plans. But don’t hesitate. This is an exclusive deal and it won’t last long.
