In response to COVID-19, we’re making significant changes to how we work to keep our employees and customers safe, while providing the products and services our customers rely on. As you know, we’ve made employee feedback central to how we move our business forward. So on Monday, March 30, we’re launching a special VZPulse survey to gather V Team feedback on our COVID-19 response.

A little different this time.
This VZPulse has a slightly different format. It’s designed to quickly touch base with employees to ensure they have what they need and are adjusting to our current work environment. The survey will be open for 3 days, March 30 - April 1. Participation is voluntary and all responses are confidential.

A link to the survey will be sent to you.
All active employees will receive an email or SMS message with their personal invitation and survey link. A To-Do will be added on VZWeb to promote participation.

We hope you will participate.
This feedback will help us understand what’s working well and what we can improve to better support our teams as they stay focused on their work to serve our customers during this challenging time.
