One Talk Portal - Account Codes

Here's how to use account codes to allow call tracking.
Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
Account Codes are a feature of One Talk that allows a company to put in a code that is either mandatory or optional to put in front of a regular call digit pattern (e.g., law firms to track time spent on client calls) or a code to dial international calls to track these calls.
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage
    (top of screen).
  3. Mouse over
    Product Portals
    then click
    One Talk
    .
    If necessary, click
    View all
    .
    Click One Talk
  4. From the 'I want to' section, click
    Manage features
    .
  5. Click
    Account Codes
    .
  6. From the 'Manage Account code' tab, click
    Create Code
    .
  7. Enter the account code and account code description then click
    Submit
    .
  8. To add users to a specific code:
    1. Click the
      Manage / Assign Users tab
      .
    2. Add the appropriate users' phone number(s) who will use the code for outbound calls.
      Select (check) user(s) then click Mandatory / Optional / Unassign as preferred.
