One Talk Portal - Create Group / Bulk Groups
Here's how to create groups / bulk groups via the One Talk portal.
Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
- Sign in to My Business.
- ClickManage(top of screen).
- Mouse overProduct Portalsthen clickOne Talk.If necessary, clickView all.
- From the 'I want to' section, clickManage all groups.
- Do one of the following:
- To create a single group:
- From the 'Manage all groups' page, clickCreate group.
- Enter the group name, select the appropriate time zone then clickSubmit.
- To create bulk groups:
- From the 'Manage groups' page, clickCreate bulk groups.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and complete the template.
- ClickUpload excel.
- Once the completed spreadsheet has been uploaded, clickSubmit.
