One Talk Portal - Create Group / Bulk Groups

Here's how to create groups / bulk groups via the One Talk portal.
Refer to the One Talk admin portal simulator for interactive demonstrations.
  1. Sign in to My Business.
  2. Click
    Manage
    (top of screen).
  3. Mouse over
    Product Portals
    then click
    One Talk
    .
    If necessary, click
    View all
    .
    Click One Talk
  4. From the 'I want to' section, click
    Manage all groups
    .
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To create a single group:
      1. From the 'Manage all groups' page, click
        Create group
        .
      2. Enter the group name, select the appropriate time zone then click
        Submit
        .
    • To create bulk groups:
      1. From the 'Manage groups' page, click
        Create bulk groups
        .
      2. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and complete the template.
      3. Click
        Upload excel
        .
      4. Once the completed spreadsheet has been uploaded, click
        Submit
        .
