moto e5 play - Turn Wi-Fi Calling On / Off

When turned on, Wi-Fi Calling may improve indoor call quality for your moto e5 play.
  1. To use Wi-Fi Calling, ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected.
  2. Open the
    Settings app
     Settings icon.
  3. Navigate:
    Settings
    Network & Internet
    Advanced Calling
    Wi-Fi Calling
    .
  4. Tap the
    Wi-Fi Calling
     switch to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    If prompted, review the info then tap
    TURN OFF WI-FI CALLING
     to confirm.
    If prompted, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, tap
    CONTINUE
    , enter a valid E911 address then tap
    SAVE
    .
  • To select your calling preference while traveling outside the Verizon wireless coverage area or internationally, ensure Wi-Fi calling is turned on, tap
    When roaming
    , select 'Prefer other cellular networks' or 'Prefer Wi-Fi' then restart the device.
