- Apple One services work across Apple devices including:
- iPhone with iOS 14 or later
- Apple® iPad® with iPadOS 14 or later
- Apple TV with tvOS 14 or later
- Mac with macOS Big Sur 11.1 or later
- An Apple ID is needed to use Apple One.
- The steps below apply to adding Apple One with the One Unlimited for iPhone plan.To add the Apple One perk, refer to My Verizon Website - Manage Perks.
- From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon using a user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
- From the Account Overview screen, selectServices & perks.
- SelectEntertainmentthen selectLearn morein the Apple One section.If previously added, selectReview Allin the Manage section then selectManagein the Apple One section.
- To view details select on of the following:
- Apple One Individual
- Apple One FamilyIf you subscribe to Apple One Family, you can use Family Sharing to share all included Apple services with up to five other family members.
- From the ‘Pick a line to activate’ screen, tap theDropdown arrowto select the desired line then clickContinue.
- To continue, check the box next to 'I accept the Terms & Conditions' then clickEnroll in Apple One.Changes take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
- Select (check) the appropriate line, then clickSend link.
- A confirmation text is sent to the applicable mobile number with additional instructions to complete enrollment.
