Having trouble accessing your bill online?

There are several reasons why you may be having trouble accessing your bill online. Below are some of the issues that may occur.

  • Don’t have a User ID or Password?

  • You’ll need a User ID and Password to sign in to My Verizon to view your bill.

  • Forgot your User ID or Password?

  • No Problem, just click on Forgot User ID or Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset.

  • I can get into my account but why can’t I view my bill?

  • Only the primary account holder can view the bill.

    It’s also possible that the bill is not yet available. To receive a notification when your bill becomes available, access the notification center in My Verizon.

  • Having firewall conflicts?

  • If you’re trying to access your online bill from behind a firewall and are receiving an error, you can temporarily disable the firewall. Refer to your firewall hardware/software instructions for information about temporarily disabling the firewall. If you are trying to access your online bill from another location where you cannot disable the firewall, try accessing your bill from a different location.
