Update (6/22): Good News! Verizon and Deltavision are extending contract negotiations through July 30, 2026. There will be no changes to your channel line-up. Check back here for updates.
At Fios TV, we are committed to providing you with the best in news, entertainment, and sports. As part of this, we periodically negotiate agreements with media companies to ensure we can continue to offer their programming to you at a reasonable rate.
Our contract with Deltavision Media, LLC (“Deltavision”) expired on June 22, 2026. Deltavision owns and operates WSYT in Syracuse, NY (FOX, MyNetwork, COZI TV, Dabl channels).
We haven’t reached a new agreement with Deltavision, so we temporarily lack the rights to broadcast their channels. We share your frustration. We are working hard to reach a fair deal, but Deltavision is demanding extreme price increases that would unreasonably raise your bill.
While we remain committed to reaching a fair deal and bringing these channels back to you, we were unable to agree to their terms without a disruption.
For our impacted residential customers in Syracuse, here are some other ways you can keep watching:
- FOX content, including FIFA World Cup matches, is available to stream on FOX One. We’re offering a one-time bill credit of $19.99 to cover the cost of the first month’s subscription.* Call Verizon customer service at 1-800-837-4966 to request your credit. You can sign up for FOX One directly through FOX’s website.
- In addition to FOX One, you can also watch most FIFA World Cup matches in Spanish on your local Telemundo (channel 23).
We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to negotiate reasonable pricing on your behalf, and hope Deltavision will restore its channels to our lineup soon.
*Third-Party services may require a separate, paid subscription or other charges.
