How do I set up Visual 411 to send texts to a mobile phone?

The first time you use Visual 411 to send a text to your mobile phone, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number.

  1. Press the Menu button on your FiOS TV remote.
  2. Select Widgets and press OK.
  3. Select OK to access the available FiOS TV Widgets.
  4. Select News and Info and then select the icon for Visual 411. Press OK.
  5. Select OK to launch Visual 411.

    It takes a moment for Visual 411 to load.
  6. Select one of the options provided to search for a business:
    • Browse Categories
    • Business Name Search
    • Recent Search

    Follow the onscreen prompts until you find the business listing you want.
  7. Select Add a New Mobile Number and press OK.
  8. Select OK to add a Nickname for the mobile phone number you are adding.

    A virtual keyboard appears.
  9. Spell out the nickname to use that will identify the mobile phone number in Visual 411. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the letters and press OK to select each letter. Once you are done, navigate to the Enter button on the virtual keyboard and press OK.
  10. Select the Phone # field and use the numbers on your FiOS TV remote to add the 10-digit wireless mobile phone number.
  11. Select Done and press OK.

    The mobile phone number is now stored and can be used with the Send Listing to Mobile Phone option in Visual 411.
