What's involved in the Multi-Room DVR installation process?

If you already have a DVR and Set-Top Box that is compatible with the FiOS TV Multi-Room DVR service, there is no installation required.

To order Multi-Room DVR, call 1-800-293-9139. The Multi-Room DVR feature will be added to your service.

If you are an existing FiOS TV customer but don't have a compatible DVR, a DVR can be sent to you by mail which you can self-install.
