How to view & download mobile bill statements & bill history
Your Verizon mobile bill statements show your data usage, call and text activity. Find out how to view and download current and past Verizon mobile in My Verizon website or in the My Verizon app.

- My Verizon website: Scroll down and choose a billing period up to the past 18 months. Contact us if you need older bills (up to 7 years old).
- My Verizon app: Choose History at the top. Choose a past bill period up to the past 6 months.
- If you have Unlimited plans, your bills show call and texting details but not data usage.
- You can also get 12 months of your bills through Documents and Receipts in My Verizon website. Visit our Documents & Receipts FAQs to learn more.

To view or download past bills, visit your Bill overview in My Verizon website or app:
Scroll down and choose Print as PDF to save, email or print.
Note:
Can I get my mobile bills that are older than 18 months?
Yes. You can contact us if you need older Verizon mobile bills (up to 7 years old). A $5 reprint fee applies for bills requested through Customer Service by phone or in a Verizon store.

Getting a Verizon mobile bill statement as a former customer
How do I get a bill statement if I’m no longer a Verizon customer or now have a different account?
If you’re a former customer and you have a User ID you can still sign in to My Verizon.
If you don't have or know your User ID, you can sign in to a disconnected account for 6 months after your account was canceled. You'll need the mobile number, last name and ZIP code used for the account.
