Verizon Simplicity Plan provides a flat rate $45/month per line when enrolled in Auto Pay and paper-free billing discount ($55/month without Auto Pay discount). Simplicity is a standard monthly plan only.

You can personalize each line on your account by adding your favorite perks at discounted prices. Also, add curated perk bundles for even more value.

Each mobile phone line with Simplicity can choose perks (e.g., Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ [With Ads], Netflix & HBO Max [With Ads], etc.) for as little as $10/month each. Browse our perks pages to learn more.

No, smartphones and basic phones can get Simplicity. You can also use your 4G device. However, you need a 5G-capable device to access our 5G networks.

Here's how to get Simplicity if you:

• Are new to Verizon - Explore plans to get started.
  • You can keep your same phone number when you switch from another carrier. Visit our Bring your number to Verizon FAQs to learn more.
• Already have a Verizon mobile phone plan? Change your current plan in My Verizon in Manage plan. Or choose Chat with us on your screen to start.

Switching to Simplicity requires that all lines on your account switch to the plan. Connected device lines will also need to switch to a Simplicity-compatible Connected device plan.

Good to know: After you change your plan online, restarting your phone can help your phone's performance.

You have these device options when you activate a line on Simplicity:

• Pay over time with a Device Payment Plan - Spread the cost of your device over 12, 24, 36 or 48 months with standard monthly installments.* Learn more on our Device payment agreement FAQs page.
• Simplicity Plus and Simplicity Pro programs - Get an early smartphone upgrade with a monthly flat fee.
• Purchase a full retail price or Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) device. Buy your device outright. Choose between a brand-new or certified premium device and pay in full at checkout. You'll own your phone immediately with no monthly payments attached to your wireless plan.

*If you have an eligible Apple device, you keep your early upgrade eligibility once you pay 50% of the full retail price, regardless of your monthly installment length.

Keep the following in mind if you switch back:

• Loss of Simplicity benefits: Any promotions or guarantees you received when you signed up for Simplicity will be lost by switching back to an older plan.
• Loss of discounts: Discounts you currently have on your plan may not be re-added when you revert, as you may no longer be eligible for them.

How you get the discount depends on if you are a new or existing customer:

• New customers: We automatically apply the Auto Pay and paper-free Discount when you sign up. Enroll within 30 days to keep the savings.
• Existing customers: You keep the Auto Pay Discount if you already have it. If you do not, you can enroll in both Auto Pay and paper-free before you sign up for Simplicity.

Learn about how to enroll for an Auto Pay and paper-free discount in My Verizon. To qualify for Auto Pay discount, use a checking or savings account, a Verizon Visa® Card, or a Verizon Business Mastercard®.

If you move to Simplicity and have a Verizon Device Payment program that is discounted, you'll lose your discount and will be responsible for paying your monthly device charges.

If you have a second number on your smartphone device and migrate to Simplicity, your number (and the Second Number perk) transfer also.

Bundles for Simplicity are curated sets of perks and services. In addition to great value and savings on perks, you get even more savings and value with bundles.

Bundles for Simplicity Plan are available on Verizon Simplicity Plan mobile accounts only.

• For the Essentials ($20/month) - Unlimited Mobile Hotspot, Unlimited Verizon Cloud
• For Families on Apple ($20/month) - Apple Music Family, Verizon Family Plus
• For Families on Android ($20/month) - YouTube Premium, Verizon Family Plus
• For Pros ($30/month) - Google AI Pro, 100 GB Mobile Hotspot, Second Number
• For Travelers ($30/month) - Global Calling Plus, Unlimited Verizon Cloud, 3 TravelPass Days
• For Apple Specialists ($25/month) - Apple One (Family), YouTube Premium, Premium Video Streaming
• For Android Specialists ($25/month) - YouTube Premium & Google AI Pro, Premium Video Streaming

If you are the Account Owner or Account Manager, you can sign up for a Bundle for Simplicity:

• New to Simplicity Plan:
  • Choose your bundle when you sign up for the Simplicity Plan.
• Existing Simplicity Plan:
  • Go to Products & plan perks in My Verizon to manage or purchase a bundle.

Keep in mind: Billing starts immediately when you enroll in the perks.

You must register your perk on the individual partner's website. For example, if you purchase the For Fans Bundle for $25/month, you register your account separately with Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, Netflix, and HBO Max. Learn how to activate your perk on the My Verizon app or website.

Verizon bills you for the perk even if you do not register it. We send reminder emails up to 55 days after you add until you activate.

Keep in mind: You don't have to activate services such as Global Calling Plus or Premium Video Streaming.

Yes, for example, the Mobile + Home Free Perk Discount still applies as well as other free perk promos (e.g., 3, 6, or 12-month free perk promos) carry over.

If you add a perk(s) that complete a bundle or are part of another bundle, we'll notify you. We'll let you know you'll get a bundle with bigger savings.

If you remove any perk at any time, your bundle breaks:

• You lose the bundle discount.
• The remaining active perks on your line start billing at the standard non-bundle rate.
• The 90-day auto-cancel is suspended for any unregistered perks, meaning they do not automatically cancel.

Good to know: You can re-add the missing perk to complete the bundle again. The bundle reinstates, and you get the discount back (if applicable).

You can add your choice of perks (e.g., Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ [With Ads]; Netflix & HBO Max [With Ads]; TravelPass; etc.) to each line that has Simplicity. Add the perk(s) when you get your plan.

Good to know:

• Only Account Owners and Account Managers can add and remove perks. Anyone on the account can activate perks. Learn about managing account roles.
• When you're in My Verizon, you won't be able to view or add any perks your plan isn't eligible for.

Yes, you can choose different perks for each Simplicity line on your account.

Billing for each perk starts when you add the perk to your Simplicity* line.

Keep in mind: To start using subscription perks (e.g., Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (With Ads); Netflix & Max [With Ads]; etc.) you must activate the subscription service. You'll start the activation process in My Verizon after you're enrolled in the perk.
