    How far back can I get my Verizon usage activity details?

    You can sign in to My Verizon through your desktop computer to get:

    • Talk, text and messaging activity details and spreadsheets for the last 90 days.
    • 18 months of past bill statements, which include billed usage summaries.

    You can use the My Verizon app to get:

    • Data use for the current bill period.
    • A data use summary for all mobile lines for the past 90 days.

    How do I view and/or download my mobile usage details using My Verizon online?

    Using My Verizon through your desktop computer:

    1. On the My Usage page, scroll down to Usage details.
    2. Choose View previous usage on the right.
    3. On the Data, talk and text activity page, choose a billing period at the top.

      Note: Here, you can choose View or Save printable bill (PDF) to get a bill statement with usage summaries. Choose from the past 18 months.
    4. Scroll down and choose a line (e.g., 555-555-1212) under the Data, Talk or Text headings.
    5. Choose View at the right. Click Download to spreadsheet to save a spreadsheet. You can view or download detailed usage activity logs or spreadsheets for each line on your account for up to 90 days in the past.

    Note: You can also call #DATA from your wireless phone to get a text message with current data usage details for that line.

    How do I view my mobile usage details using the My Verizon app?

    Using the My Verizon app to view:

    • Current usage – On the Account overview page, scroll down and choose a line (e.g., 555-555-1212) to view current talk, text usage details for this line.
    • Up to 90 days of summarized data use for all lines – Choose My Usage then choose History at the top of the screen. You can view up to 90 days of data usage.

      Note: If History isn't available, choose Manage Plan, scroll to Used data and tap View usage history. Tap a date range (the past 90 days are available).

    Note: You can also call #DATA from your wireless phone to get a text message with current data usage details for that line.

    How do I get usage details for a billing period older than 18 months?

    Contact us if you need copies of older billing statements (up to 7 years old). Charges may apply.
