Our Verizon Response Team and Network teams are on the ground in these locations, making sure residents, visitors and first responders stay connected. Troy Buckelew from our Network Assurance team gave us the latest updates on our preparation and response around these recent storms.

For our consumer and small business customers in parishes and counties impacted by the events above, Verizon is providing unlimited calling, texting and data. Follow the links above for exact dates and more information.
