Unlike any other time in our organization’s history, this year we have had to personally change the ways in which we work, connect, and live in radical ways. But no matter what adversity this team has faced, we have seen firsthand how resilient we are and how we can adapt to new ways of working without skipping a beat, all while continuing to reimagine the way we show up for our customers.
“Even before the pandemic impacted consumer shopping habits, we’ve been exploring ways to evolve the business in order to continue to be a leader. While our leadership team and I have been thinking about this new vision for quite some time, we feel strongly that now is the right time to move FORWARD TOGETHER as One Team,” said Krista Bourne, SVP of Consumer Sales and Operations.
Starting today, June 4 we are officially moving away from three Areas (East, West, and South) and implementing our new One Team Consumer Group structure.
Kevin Zavaglia, the current East Area President, will act as interim field Consumer Sales leader, overseeing Retail and Indirect nationally until a permanent candidate for the position is identified.
Our current Retail VPs will become the new Consumer Sales VPs in the existing six regions:
- North East: Leigh Anne Lanier
- South East: Kwame Trotman
- South Central: Michelle Miller
- Great Lakes: Steven Keller acting in an interim role
- Mountain West: Steven Keller
- Pacific: Eric Reed
