Ready for the weekend? Or, even better, for The Weeknd? Verizon customers definitely are, including four lucky winners.
On today’s Up To Speed, host Adi Wineland shared big news for music lovers and concert goers: Verizon and Live Nation have launched a multi-year partnership for technology and artist innovation.
Through this groundbreaking venture, Verizon will utilize the power of its 5G network to collaborate with Live Nation and its artists to create immersive in-person and virtual experiences that put fans at the center of every concert.
In addition, Live Nation has launched a new “First Access” ticket presale program – exclusively for Verizon Up members – for the most sought-after live tours, including The Weeknd, Imagine Dragons, Dierks Bentley, Rosalía and more. Additional artist tours with First Access benefits will be announced soon.
To help celebrate, Up To Speed surprised customers at our Verizon stores in Inglewood, California and Woodbridge, New Jersey with pairs of tickets to see The Weeknd live in concert.
Verizon and Live Nation are also teaming up to provide exclusive access to select artists’ live-streaming concerts through the Veeps streaming platform as part of +play, our exciting new content and entertainment hub that’s launching later this year as an exclusive to Verizon customers.
