More than 110,000 V Teamers are now working from home, and while many of us have settled into our new routines, there is always room for improvement.

We’ve heard of simple suggestions, like changing your chair or even avoiding a chair altogether. Like Meghan Logan of the Finance team, who tricked out her treadmill so she can log miles while working.

Here are more great examples:

  • Julia Haar, a manager on the Marketing team, sets a calendar reminder to get the family outside.
  • Pamela Terlizzi, a coach on the Health & Wellness team, tries to watch Up To Speed Live while walking or stretching.
  • Katrina Fuhrman of Verizon Business Group Client Services is deliberate about practicing mindfulness.

We’d love to hear any tips or tricks you use at home to boost your productivity or improve your mental and physical well being. Please share them with us at good@verizon.com" target="_blank">good@verizon.com.
