Who’s the most intelligent person in your home? On second thought, that’s probably not a debate/argument we want to start. But we can agree that homes are getting pretty smart themselves.
On today’s Up To Speed, host Andy Choi points out that when it comes to making our connected homes genius-level smart, having 5G Home internet is a game changer. Now, a new TV show is helping us spread word.
That new TV show — Smart Home Nation — aired last night on A&E’s FYI Network and 5G Home was in the spotlight. Host Tanya Memme invited us to her Southern California home to give her viewers an up-close look at the power of 5G Home and Andy was there in person to explain the history and benefits..
Tanya also showed viewers just how simple it is to use the 5G Home’s easy self setup.
For our talented network team, the Hollywood close-up on 5G Home serves as a source of pride. “We keep our heads down working so hard, you don’t always get the end result on how people feel,” said Network Engineer Adrian Ridgley. “When we get a chance to get a quick break and see what the customers are actually doing, how they feel, the unboxing, the emotional impact that it has on a customer, that really gives meaning to what we do every day.”
If you missed last night’s episode, no worries. Our video stories featuring 5G Home are set to air the next two Mondays on Smart Home Nation. You can watch the show Monday nights 10 PM ET/7 PM PT. If you’re a Fios customer, that’s Channel 629.
And, if you know a friend or family member who has had a game-changing experience with 5G Home, we’d love to hear about it. Just drop us a line at good@verizon.com.
