myAccess for Fios accounts FAQs

myAccess is a special program from Verizon. It gives you deals and benefits, like tickets to sports games, concerts, gift cards and more.

myAccess includes:

• Local Passes - Access our most exclusive experiences (e.g., sports, concerts, etc.), new devices and more.
• Featured Rewards - On occasion, rewards and/or offers are featured in myAccess.

Yes. You must also meet all of these requirements:

• Are 18 or over.
• Are a US resident (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands).
• Register for My Verizon.

Important: If you also have (or only have) a Verizon mobile account, you must register for and use myAccess through your mobile account and not your Fios account. Visit our myAccess for mobile accounts FAQs to learn more.

No, you don't need to sign up. You can use myAccess just by signing into your My Verizon account.

If you're already signed in to the:

• My Verizon website - Select Account > myAccess.
• My Verizon app - Select myAccess from the bottom menu.

To find myAccess:

• On the My Verizon website go to Account > myAccess.
• In the My Verizon app go to the "Me" tab, select myAccess from the bottom menu.

Yes. If your phone's language is set to Spanish (US), the My Verizon app will be in Spanish. Learn how you can update your My Verizon app to the Spanish version.

To choose Spanish on the My Verizon website, tap Espanol in the top right of your screen.

Local Passes are special chances to get tickets to exciting events, like sports or music concerts. There are only a few Local Passes, so you have to be quick to claim one.

Local Passes are first come, first served and quantities are limited. If prompted, complete the claim forms right away (before the timer on the claim screen reaches 0), or you may lose the Local Passes.

Timing:

• You can usually claim Local Passes once every 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the offer.
  • Once you claim a Local Pass, no one on your account can claim another for 3, 6, or 12 months (depending on the offer).
• If a Local Pass is worth $600 or more (a "high-value" pass), you can only claim one every 24 months.
  • Once you claim a "high-value" Local Pass, no one on your account can claim another for 24 months.

To claim Local Passes:

1. Sign in to the My Verizon app or My Verizon website) and go to myAccess.
2. Go to the "Exclusive Access" section.
3. Pick the Local Pass you want to try for.
4. Read all the details (e.g., what it is, when you have to use it, etc.).
5. When the timer counts down to zero, click Try to Claim. 
6. Fill out the claim form quickly before the timer runs out.

Good to know: If you have the Verizon Visa Card, you may see exclusive Local Passes you can try to claim.

Most Local Passes are sent to your from the ticket provider (i.e., Ticketmaster, etc.). For any special access situations, we send you an email with the additional information.

Local Passes are given out on a first come, first served basis. You must choose “Try to Claim” before other customers and complete the claim form before the timer runs out. Otherwise, you lose the chance to get the Local Pass.

Yes, there are some rules:

• You can usually claim Local Passes once every 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the offer.
  • Review the description or terms for each Local Pass for details.
• If a Local Pass is worth $600 or more (a "high-value" pass), you can only claim one every 24 months.
• You might have to pay taxes on some Local Passes.
• You aren’t allowed to resell or give away your Local Passes. If you do, your myAccess could be revoked.

No, you can't resell, transfer or give away Local Passes or other offers. We may suspend or cancel your access to myAccess if you do.

myAccess occasionally displays special rewards or offers. These Featured Rewards work just like Local Passes – there's a limited number and you have to be fast to get them.

Featured Rewards are limited, and you can only claim one per account. Claiming a Featured Reward will not stop you from claiming a Local Pass. Verizon might share your contact information with the company that provides the reward.

Good to know:

• We handle your personal information based on our Privacy Policy.
• myAccess is separate from any other rewards programs Verizon has.
• The offers can change based on what's available, where you live and what you like.
• Verizon might send you emails, texts or notifications about myAccess.

If you cancel your Verizon account, you lose any myAccess offers you had saved.

Yes, we can change or end your myAccess at any time. This could happen if:

• Your account is not in good standing,
• You try to sell tickets you received,
• We decide to make changes to the program.

Note: We can also change the rules for myAccess at any time. If you keep using myAccess after changes are made, it means you agree to the new rules.

Verizon is not responsible for problems caused by the company providing the offer, the event sponsor, or other things outside of our control.
