Online selection and order easy, there are a few issues with shipping, not sure issues are Verizon or shipping merchant. Setup appears to get easier. Transfer is simple.

Nice phone, but switching was not so easy

Got lured by a good deal on phones, turns out switching carriers was a lot harder than I thought. Although the agents were helpful, there were many obstacles in transferring my numbers, and it took no less than three days and eight hours on the phone with various customer service agents. They blamed it on their new system, but the truth is that they were just not able to execute a simple request. I sure hope their service is a lot better, since I’m locked into a three year contract.
