  1. What is the Amazon Smart Home Bundle offer for new 5G Home customers?

    New 5G Home customers who sign up for service between 10/1/20 – 2/28/21 can qualify for an Amazon Smart Home Bundle on us.

    The Amazon Smart Home Bundle includes:

    • Echo Show 5
    • Ring Stick Up (Battery)

    • Amazon Smart Plug

    To qualify, you must purchase 5G Home service between 10/1/20 – 2/28/21, activate the service and keep 5G Home service for at least 45 days.

  2. How do I redeem my Amazon Smart Home Bundle offer?

    Once you have activated your 5G Home service, on day 45 you will receive an email notifying you that you are eligible to redeem the offer. You will be directed to sign in to your My Verizon account and will find a link to redeem the offer. Follow the prompts, which will take you to Amazon.com. You must sign in to your Amazon account first to see the Amazon Smart Home Bundle in your cart.

  3. How long do I have to redeem the Amazon Smart Home Bundle offer?

    You will have 60 days after the instructions are emailed to redeem the offer, or until 6/27/21, whichever comes first.

  4. Do I need to have an Amazon account to redeem the offer?

    Yes, you must have an active Amazon account or register for an account at Amazon.com.

    Restrictions: Unfortunately new customers in Sacramento are not eligible for the Amazon Smart Home Bundle offer. Only one offer per account.

    Amazon: Offer valid for new 5G Home customers (excluding Sacramento) from 10/1/20 – 2/28/21, or while supplies last.     New 5G Home customers who sign up for service online between 11/19/20 – 2/28/21 also qualify for a $100 Verizon eGift Card. 

  2. How do I redeem my $100 Verizon eGift Card offer?

    Once you have activated your 5G Home service, in 65 days you will receive an email notifying you that you are eligible to redeem the $100 Verizon eGift Card.  You will be directed to sign in to your My Verizon Mobile account to redeem the offer.

    Once you sign in, you will see a tile related to redeeming your $100 Verizon eGift Card. 

    • In My Verizon App, the tile will be in your Feed.
    • On the Verizon website, it will be on the My Verizon landing page.
    • Follow the prompts from “Get started” to complete the redemption process.
