Mobile reward card offers (rebates) FAQs

You may qualify for a reward card offer as part of some mobile and home internet promotions. You can redeem and get reward cards through the Notification Center in My Verizon or the Verizon Rewards Center.

Some reward card offers include:

• Verizon Gift Cards
• Prepaid Mastercards®
• Third-party gift cards

Here's where you can see offers you're eligible for:

• Personalized offers on My Offers page in My Verizon
• Verizon Deals page
• When you make certain purchases online or in a Verizon store on your order confirmation screen

You'll be notified in My Verizon and your order confirmation email if you qualify for a reward card offer. You become qualified when you complete certain actions during promotional periods (e.g., buying a new device, adding a line, etc.).

After you accept a reward card offer, you can submit for redemption through either:

• The My Verizon link in the order confirmation email.
• Your Notifications Center in My Verizon
• The Verizon Rewards Center*

*You must know the promotion code to complete the process. Contact us to get the code.

You can also submit for redemption through the Verizon Rewards Center. You’ll need the promotion code to redeem, which customer service can provide. To redeem:

1. Provide the promotion code and purchase date in the Verizon Rewards Center.
2. Confirm your email address.
3. Enter your MDN and review your contact information.
4. Review and accept the terms and conditions.

We send confirmation to your email address. You're notified when:

• Your redemption submission is processed.
• Your reward card is emailed to you.

After you submit for redemption, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. You should receive your reward card in 8-10 weeks.

Redemption must be submitted within 60 days of the date of the qualifying purchase. If you ordered your device, allow for the device to ship before submitting for redemption.

Verify the deadline for your specific offer on your receipt.

Receipts can be found in the Documents and Receipts page in My Verizon.

The alert may not display in My Verizon for one of these reasons:

• Your new device has not shipped yet and your mobile device number isn't active.
• Your 60-day period to submit the offer passed.
• You already redeemed the offer.
• You canceled or changed your eligible plan to an ineligible plan.
• You returned your device.

Most reward cards are processed within 8 weeks from the purchase date. However, processing times vary by offer. Refer to the specific terms and conditions applicable to your offer for more information.

Most reward payments are issued in the form of a Verizon Gift Card or a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®.

You can check your status in the Verizon Rewards Center:

1. Locate the tracking number in your redemption confirmation email.
2. Enter your tracking number on the Check My Status page and click Search.
   • You can also use your contact information to find your redemption status.

Your redemption status will show as submitted, processed, or shipped.

We'll email you updates about your reward status.

You also receive status notifications in My Verizon when:

• Your redemption submission is processed.
• Your reward card is emailed to you.

An invalid status means that all the redemption requirements weren't met. You can check the status of the reward and the invalid reason in My Verizon or at Check My Status.
