Setting up your primary email account

You set up your primary email account* during the account setup portion of your service installation.

What happened during account setup?

You selected your user name and password and set up your primary account. Your user name serves as the first part of your email address before the @ sign. You'll also specify your user name when you log in to your Verizon Online email account. Did you forget your user name and password?
