Are you using the correct user name and password?
  1. Check that you are typing your user name and password correctly. Remember that your password is case-sensitive. Make sure the CAPS LOCK feature of your keyboard is not accidentally on.

  2. Check that you are using the correct user name and password. Check your records to make sure you are entering your user name and password exactly as they were given to you. (You should have selected your user name and password when you installed the Verizon Online dial-up software on your computer and set up your account.)
