FiOS Internet

How do I know if I subscribe to a FiOS Internet plan that is eligible for Verizon Wi-Fi? One method of determining what Internet plan you subscribe to is to look up your account in My Verizon.

  1. Enter in your Internet browser's address field.

  2. Click My Verizon.

  3. When prompted, enter your Verizon user name and password.

  4. Look for the My Services section on the left navigation panel.

  5. Under My Services, select Internet

  6. Click on Manage on the My Internet section

  7. Manage

  8. Your current plan information is listed; including the speed of your plan.
    • If you live in a Single-Family Home and if the download speed of your plan is up to 15 Mbps or faster, you're eligible for the Verizon Wi-Fi service.
    • If you live in a Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) and have a plan with download speeds of 10 Mbps or faster, you're eligible for Verizon Wi-Fi service.
