How do I change my Verizon Wi-Fi password?

The Verizon Wi-Fi password can only be changed by the primary account owner. If you change your Verizon Wi-Fi password, you must provide the new password to all the sub-account owners you are allowing to use the Verizon Wi-Fi service.

If you want to prevent a sub-account user who can currently use Verizon Wi-Fi from using it in the future, you can change the password and not share this new password with him or her.

  1. Enter in your Internet browser's address field.
  2. Click My Verizon.
  3. When prompted, enter your Verizon user name and password.
  4. Look for the My Services section on the left navigation panel.
  5. Under My Services, select Internet
  6. Click on Manage on the My Internet section

  7. Click on Change Password.

  8. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
  9. Enter your new password a second time in the Confirm password field to ensure you entered it correctly.
  10. Click Save.
