Giving small businesses the help they need most

Since the pandemic began, we’ve been committed to helping small businesses, including with the widely popular Pay It Forward Live series of concerts and gaming events. TJ Fox, SVP & President of Business Markets, joined to discuss how we continue to look for new ways to serve our small business customers.

“Some of the things we’re seeing on our internal surveys of small business owners is that, beyond financial considerations, their top needs include the ability to invest in updating their technology, connectivity and e-commerce presence in order to operate in this new normal.”

To help small businesses dealing with those issues and many more, TJ introduced the Comeback Coach, the first resource hub that brings together a range of valuable tools, services and advice which small businesses can access as they deal with the impact of the pandemic.

As famous for our customer experience as we are for our network

Jeremy spoke with Aparna Khurjekar, who leads Customer Experience and Transformation for the Consumer Group. Aparna discussed the importance of using digital as the “red carpet,” which can help us meet customers where they are, and using a combination of digital and physical - “phygital” - elements to personalize their journeys. This is all part of our mission to help V Teamers serve our customers better and give them richer retail experiences.

Citizen Verizon Assembly
