Dedicated Outbound LD is a service whereby Verizon installs a circuit between customer premises and Verizon voice network to transport all outbound and incoming calls.

Outbound Domestic - Switched

Switched Voice is a service whereby Verizon serves as the interexchange carrier for a customer that has a local line with another provider. Verizon transports and bills for the outbound calls.

Verizon 5G Edge with AWS Outposts

Verizon 5G Edge with AWS Outposts will provide customers with an on-premises, dedicated, private cloud computing solution. The Service may be provided by Verizon through its own solutions and solutions provided by Verizon’s vendors, including, but not limited to, Amazon Web Services Inc. (“AWS”). The Service is a managed services solution with compute capabilities and data storage using the AWS Outposts platform and managed services.

Verizon Calling with Microsoft Teams

Verizon Calling with Microsoft Teams is a Microsoft-certified Session Border Controller as a Service (SBCaaS) instance on the Verizon Hosted Network Services (HNS) platform with full management and maximum flexibility.

Verizon Security Operations Services (VSOS)

VSOS provides security monitoring for a customer’s IT infrastructure and tools on the customer's
premises or in the cloud through utilization of the customer’s security analytics platform.

Voice Call Back - Cloud

Voice Call Back - Cloud is a software as a service (SaaS) solution with voice, digital, and short message service (SMS) capabilities that provide Customer’s end-user the option to receive a call back instead of waiting on hold when calling the customer’s contact center. Customer configures the business rules, data services, telephony configuration, and web or API-based applications to support both voice and digital experiences.

VoIP IP Trunking

VoIP offering. Provides IP voice connectivity to customers that have an IP PBX or PBX on their premise or customers with a Unified Communications applications requiring Voice connectivity.

Wireless Network Performance

The Verizon Network Service Transparency (WNST) platform proposes a central portal that will provide three broad capabilities that can be leveraged. 1. AMS Evolution to SINR-Based Mapping: Customers will be able to see their device locations superimposed over Verizon network coverage mapping characteristics, showing among other things, coverage, and actual and predictive outage analyses. 2. Customer Specific Performance Analytics: Customers often need insights into their devices and connectivity performance that can be easily relayed into simple, easy to understand visuals; and 3. Digital Ops Alignment: Additional capabilities business customers can utilize through a single portal, including Network Event Notifications and tracking issue resolutions through trouble tickets.
