I just bought the 2nd generation pods and the first pair stopped charging on the right side so I exchanged them at Verizon and the second pair don’t hold a charge very long. I like the buds but I’ll probably have to take in the second pair and try a third. I need them. I have to get a pair that works good

I have had my air pods for 2 years now and sometime, and nothing wrong… it’s reliable, secure, always updates, and love the noise canceling, plus I love when it turn down automatically when I pretty busy at work, and listening to music at the same time. Also it’s very good in quality, so yea awesome

I bought the air pod pros and Apple care. Immediately had sound problems with light use. Apple care audio tested and replaced them. this happened 2 more times in a year. They kept replacing them with defective pros. I paid $300 originally and the pair I have now doesn’t have any sound in right one. I wish I could do it all over again. Never would have bought these.

I love the sound quality and comfort.

I purchased a set of 2nd generation AirPods Pro because the sales staff highly recommended it. Keeping in mind I’m not an easy sell, I did buy them and have loved them every second since. Sound quality, excellent, fit perfect, battery life and quick recharge, way better than I expected. I do have one sore point though, I need to replace my silicone ear tips and I can’t find the dang things anywhere. Why is this so hard? I would have bought more sets for family members if replacing the ear tips wasn’t such a pain!

I have mine over a year, but have used them maybe 10x. The left one stopped working completely and the case does not hold a charge.

Never received my item yet I’m still being charged for it.

I ordered these December 15th with 2 day shipping. It’s now the end of January and I haven’t received them. Hasn’t even “shipped” according to the Verizon app. I called Verizon to fix the situation and I’m still being charged $454 for one bill… one phone.

Tried to request an update and have been sent around in circles stating they will update me in 4-5 days, with nothing to ever be said on the issue again. I have been waiting for two pairs of Airpods since ordering on December 8, 2023. It is now January 8, 2024 and they still show as in stock and orderable online but my order has not shipped. I can pick them up in store but was told I can't cancel my current order and probably can't get a refund to the giftcards I used if I were to return if ever received. Completely unacceptable situation. I understand high volume sales from holidays, but at least tell us what is going on and how it is going to be resolved.
