I purchased these about a month ago. They have great sound quality and great features. I never thought I would use the case as much as I have, but I love it. My only recommendation would be to have more options for control on the actual earbuds outside of the selectable 4 profiles within the app.

Thanks for your feedback. One of the common reasons for low volume is dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen. We recommend cleaning it using a cotton swab of alcohol. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app; commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. We need to determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. These earbuds are amazing, they will connect to basically anything. It even connects to the PlayStation 5 and is able to use the mics on the earbuds themselves with about 4 hours of playing time at full volume. These earbuds are absolutely fantastic as they solve all my needs. I highly recommend checking out the Tour One m3s that are coming out, they have the same technology but over the ears. I will be picking them up as soon as they launched this month. If you are having issues with the earbuds I highly recommend reviewing the user manual or resetting the earbuds. If all else fails order a replacement, you probably just got a lemon. These earbuds are quite fantastic with the wide variety of soundstage that are delivers!

The only thing giving this a start is the case. Other than that the connectivity to Iphone is absolutely horrendous. You need both earbuds in to activate ANC and you cannot have ANC on with only one headphone. They fall out very easily. Overall these really suck.

For optimal sound quality, we recommend using both earbuds. A single tap on the left earbud activates Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). Usually dont write reviews or a picky person but these have been terrible. All my sound equipment is jbl. They missed big time. On my 3rd pair. 1st pair started giving Bluetooth connectivity issues. 2nd one less then 2weeks the left ear bud completely failed. Now on my third pair and scared to take it out of the box. Sound quality is ok but not impressive for price. Jbl disappointed with this one. I will hopefully sell and go back to regular buds smh.

I was a little skeptical about whether to buy them but I did, the feeling at first is fantastic, they look great and everything fits in its place. As for the sound, it is excellent, if you have a little fun with the EQ it will be even better. The customization is excellent and one of the things why I use this brand. There are countless options, some of which may not be necessary but it is nice to have, one piece of advice if you have small ears you might have small problems with the fit, for me they are perfect, the noise cancellation is great, the battery is at the highest level as well as the sound, the price may be high but wait for the holidays and buy for less money

Feature packed, incredibly comfortable especially with the included foam tips. Sounds amazing, and even better with the tailored personfi setting. My only complaint is that the battery life is not long as advertised. I can't seem to go beyond 6 hours with moderate volume and ANC disabled. My Jabra elite 8 active and Sony wf1000xm5 average 14 and 8 hours, respectively, on similar use scenarios. Overall, I suppose I'll reserve these for home and chill listening, and not the rigorous day-to-day grind I had planned them for.

As you turn up the volume, the playtime will be reduced, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. The same goes for source material. Music with more bass will also reduce playtime. Hi ich habe mir die Kopfhörer vor ca. 4 Wochen besorgt und bin echt begeistert. Anfangs dachte ich das mich das große case stört doch da es so Wertig ist habe ich es sehr gerne in der Hand. Durch das Display auch einfach zu bedienen und alle Infos parat zu haben wie Akku stand etc. auch im Klang performen die Kopfhörer wesentlich besser als meine alten Wireless Kopfhörer. Auch die Akkulaufzeit kann sich sehen lassen die versprochene Zeit wird plus minus 1 Stunde eingehalten. Ich würde die Kopfhörer auf jeden Fall meinen Freunden empfehlen.
