After over a week now on my stuff being undelivered for a next day delivery, I couldn't tell you if I'm happy with it or not. Fedex very disappointing.

This phone came totally dead, won't turn on, won't charge, nothing. I took it to a verizon store to see if I was doing something wrong and nope, it's not working. Hopped on the chat line and was told a replacement would be sent but I haven't seen it yet. No tracking was supplied for the replacement. I'm extremely frustrated at this point.

I feel like I went back in time with this phone. I Traded in a perfectly good s21 because I needed dual Sim but lost call/speaker quality, video and photos are terrible. I was reluctant to get another samsung device and can assure I will not be again in the future.
