Our “Disney+ on us” offer is only for Disney+ and does not include ESPN+ or any of the Hulu plans. Also, our offer does not provide a discount for the Disney+/ESPN+/Hulu bundle.

Eligibility and sign up

  • Who’s eligible to get the Disney+ promotion?

  • For a limited time, new Fios Home Internet customers can get the Disney+ 12 months promotion when you subscribe to any qualifying residential Fios Internet service:

  • How do I sign up for the Disney+ promotion?

  • The Disney+ offer starts on 11/12/19.

    First, sign up for your Fios Internet service.

    After your 100 percent fiber-optic network is installed, we’ll email you a confirmation with the Disney+ enrollment instructions.

    1. If you’re new to Verizon, register for your My Verizon online account. This is required so you can set up your 12-months Disney+ promotional subscription online.
    2. Sign in to your new or existing My Verizon account (or download and use the My Fios app.*)
    3. You’ll see an invitation to take advantage of the Disney+ 12-months on us subscription. Click Get Disney+ and accept the Terms and Conditions.
      Or log in, choose Add-ons, then Entertainment and Get Disney+.
    4. You’ll be guided to set up an account through the Disney+ portal.


    • The email address you use for the account can’t already be in use by an active Disney+ account.
    • Your 12-month promotional period starts when you accept the terms and conditions and not when you complete enrollment through Disney+.
  • I already have Disney+. Can I still take advantage of this promotion?

  • If your existing Disney+ subscription is through:

    • Verizon:
      • You can only have 1 Disney+ subscription for each Verizon account (each account has its own bill).
      • If your existing Disney+ subscription is already on your Verizon account, you can cancel it online or through the My Verizon app. You can then sign up for the promotion with a qualifying purchase through Verizon.
      • If the Disney+ subscription is on a separate Verizon account (i.e., you have 2 accounts, 1 with Verizon Wireless and 1 with Verizon Fios and Disney+ is on 1 of those), you can get the Disney+ 12 months promotion with a qualifying purchase on the other account.
    • Disney - If you have:
      1. A multi-year or annual subscription, that subscription is paused while the Verizon Disney+ promotion is in use.
      2. A month-to-month Disney+ subscription - Disney sends you an email with instructions to manage your existing Disney account.
    • Other third parties - If you have an annual subscription, Disney sends you an email with instructions to manage your existing Disney account.
  • How long do I have to sign up for this Disney+ promotion?

  • If you’re eligible, you can sign up for the Disney+ 12-months on us subscription between 11/12/19 and 6/1/20.

Managing your subscription

  • What happens at the end of the promotion?

  • After your 12 months Disney+ promotional subscription ends, the Disney+ subscription automatically changes to a paid subscription. Your Verizon account is charged $6.99/month.

    You can cancel Disney+ any time.

    Note: If you’re in New Mexico, your promotional subscription automatically ends after 12 months. You can re-enroll at the normal price.

  • Can I get more than one Disney+ offer on my Verizon account?

  • The Disney+ 12 month promotion is available to eligible Fios customers, to eligible 5G Home Internet customers and to unlimited mobile phone plan customers.

    One (1) offer is available per account. Because you have a separate account and bill for Verizon Wireless and for Verizon Fios services, if you have a qualifying service on each account, you can have a Disney+ promotional subscription on each account.

    Note: You will need to use a different email address for each of the promotional subscriptions. Only one email address can be used per each Disney+ account.

  • How do I cancel my Disney+ subscription if I need to?

  • You can cancel Disney+ any time:

    Keep in mind, this is a one-time per account offer only. When you cancel Disney+ on us it can’t be added again.

  • What happens if I get the Disney+ 12 month subscription and then I cancel my qualifying Fios service?

  • If you cancel your qualifying Verizon service(s) and change to a non-qualifying service, going forward, your account is charged $6.99/month for Disney+.

    Note: If you’re in New Mexico, your Disney+ subscription automatically cancels.

  • What if I cancel Verizon service altogether?

  • If you cancel your Verizon service entirely, your Disney+ subscription is canceled.

  • What happens to my Disney+ subscription if I need to suspend my Verizon service?

  • If you suspend your service your promotion resumes when your service is restored.

Using Disney+

  • What devices is Disney+ available on?

  • You can access Disney+ movies and TV series on devices including personal computers, mobile phones and tablets and connected TV devices.

  • How many family members use my Disney+ subscription?

  • Right now:

    • You can use up to 10 different compatible devices per subscription
    • Up to 4 devices can stream Disney+ at the same time per subscription
    • You can create up to 7 profiles per each Disney+ account
