What’s the Disney+ on us Mix and Match offer?

New customers who sign up for the Mix and Match offer with an eligible Fios Home Internet plan can get either 6 or 12 months of Disney+ Premium (No Ads), on us. After the offer ends, it’s the then-current monthly retail price (now $13.99/mo).*
*The Walt Disney Company recently announced that beginning 10/17/24 it will raise the price of Disney+ Basic (With Ads) from $7.99/mo to $9.99/mo, Disney+ Premium (No Ads) from $13.99/mo to $15.99/mo, and Disney Bundle (Disney+ [No Ads], Hulu [With Ads], ESPN+ [with Ads]) from $18.99/mo to $21.99/mo. If you are currently subscribed or begin subscribing to Disney+ Basic, Disney+ Premium or the Disney Bundle through a promotion (and so long as you remain on an eligible service plan), the new rate will begin at the end of your promotional period or 10/17/24, whichever is later. You may be eligible for either 12 months or 6 months of Disney+ Premium (No Ads) if you sign up for a new eligible Fios Home Internet account, with one of these plans:

You can redeem the Mix and Match offer after your eligible Fios Home Internet service has been installed and activated.

How do I redeem the Disney+ Premium (No Ads) offer?

To redeem the offer:
- Sign in to your My Verizon account and go to the Home Offers page.
- Find and select the Disney+ tile in the Ready to Redeem section of the Home Offers page.
- Enter your email address. Select the Check Email button, which allows Verizon to share your email address with Disney+.
Note: If the email entered is the same one you used for an existing Verizon Disney+ promotion or paid subscription through Verizon, you will not be eligible for this offer and will be sent back to your My Verizon Home account page. Learn how to manage other existing Disney+ subscriptions. - On the next page, select Let’s go.
- Next, review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then select Enroll in Disney+.
- On the Disney+ website, you’ll be guided to either set up a new Disney+ account and accept the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement or sign into your existing Disney+ account.
- Sign in to your My Verizon account and go to the Home Offers page.

When does my Disney+ Premium (No Ads) offer begin?

Your subscription begins once you accept the terms and conditions for the Disney+ offer on the Verizon website.

What if I already have an existing Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscription? Can I still get the Disney+ on us promotion with my new Fios Home Internet account?

It depends on what type of subscription you currently have. If your existing Disney+ subscription is through:
Verizon:
You are not eligible for this offer. You can only have 1 Disney+ subscription on any Verizon account.
A third party
If your subscription is with a third party like Apple, Google, Roku, or others, this promotional offer will not automatically replace that subscription. After you enroll and complete setting up your account to redeem this Verizon offer, you will receive an email from Disney with information on how to manage your other subscription. You will continue to be billed for your existing subscription until you follow the instructions in that email.Learn how to manage third-party subscriptions in the Disney Help Center.
Disney+ Premium (No Ads)
If you have an existing annual or multi-year Disney+ subscription billed by Disney, your existing subscription will be paused and will resume when the promotional period ends, when you opt out of the promotional offer, or if you cancel your qualifying plan or service.If you have an existing monthly Disney+ subscription billed by Disney, your existing Disney+ subscription will be paused and will resume through Disney when your Verizon subscription ends.
To have your subscription paused, you must use the same email when activating your Verizon subscription that you used to purchase your original Disney+ subscription.

What if I can’t find the Disney+ tile to redeem the offer?

If you can’t find the Disney+ tile, the offer has already been redeemed or the 60-day redemption period may have been exceeded and the offer has expired.
Please confirm that no one in your family has already redeemed the offer and that the offer has not expired. If neither of those is the case, then visit Verizon Contact Us for assistance.

How long do I have to redeem the Disney+ Premium (No Ads) offer?

If you signed up for the Mix and Match offer, you have 180 days after your Fios Home Internet service is installed and activated to redeem the offer.

How can I verify that my Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscription has been activated with Verizon?

Follow these steps to verify your subscription:
- Go to www.disneyplus.com/login and log in using the email and password that you used when you signed up for Disney+.
- Select the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Under the drop down, choose Account. Under Subscription you should see Verizon subscription.

What happens at the end of the promotion?

After your Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotional subscription ends, you are automatically enrolled in a paid monthly Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscription. Your Verizon account will be charged the then-current monthly retail price of Disney+ until you cancel.

How do I cancel my Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscription if I need to?

You can cancel your Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotional subscription at any time:
- Sign in to your My Verizon Home account. Find the Disney+ tile and select Manage subscription.
- On the My Plans page, under Pick your Streaming Services, select the Disney+ tile to remove your subscription. (“Current plan” will change to “Removed” at the top of the tile.)
- Keep in mind, this is a one-time per account offer only. When you cancel Disney+ on us, it can’t be added again.

What happens to my Disney+ Premium (No Ads) offer if I cancel my qualifying Fios service?

If you cancel your qualifying Verizon service(s) and/or change to a non-qualifying plan, your Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscription through Verizon is canceled.
Exception: If you’re a Disney+ subscriber, and your existing subscription was paused during the Disney+ on us offer, it will resume when you cancel your qualifying Fios service.

If you cancel your Verizon service entirely, your Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscription through Verizon is canceled.

What happens to my Disney+ Premium (No Ads) subscription if I need to suspend my Verizon service?

If you suspend your service, your promotion is not paused during the suspension period. It will continue until the original end-date.

Is Disney+ Basic (With Ads) available through Verizon?

Yes, a Disney+ Basic (With Ads) subscription is available through Verizon for $7.99/month.
Note: Disney+ Basic (With Ads) is not currently supported on Roku devices.

You can access Disney+ Premium (No Ads) movies and TV series on devices including personal computers, mobile phones and tablets and connected TV devices.

How many family members can use my Disney+ subscription?
Right now:
- You can use up to 10 different compatible devices per subscription.
- Up to 4 devices can stream Disney+ at the same time per subscription.
- You can create up to 7 profiles per each Disney+ account.
These limits may change. Visit the Disney+ website for more information about the Disney+ streaming service.

When you contact Disney, it helps to give the reference number that identifies your Verizon promotional subscription. Find your reference number in:
- My Fios app: From the top menu, choose Account, then Add-Ons. Scroll to Disney+ then tap Manage. Your reference number is under Important Information.
- My Verizon Home account online: From the top menu, choose Plan, then Add-ons and apps. Choose Manage Your Products then Disney+ to see your reference number.

How to access Disney+ Premium (No Ads) streaming content?

You need to sign up for the Disney+ Premium (No Ads) promotion and activate your Disney+ account before you can access Disney+. When your account is set up, you can access streaming content by:
- Mobile devices - Downloading the Disney+ app.
- Desktop computers - Logging into your Disney+ account on a web browser.
